Help me categorize my time: deep/high-value work, shallow/reactive work, meetings, admin, distractions, rest. 2. Spot the time leaks — the low-value stuff quietly eating hours (notifications, context-switching, meetings that should be emails, 'quick checks'). 3. Identify what's misaligned: am I spending the most time on what matters least? 4. Suggest specific cuts and swaps — what to drop, batch, delegate, or protect. 5. The one change that would free up the most time. Honest, not a productivity guilt trip. My typical day/week:
