Plan a Real Self-Care Day
A day off to actually recharge, not doom-scroll and feel worse. Tell it what drains and restores you — get a loose plan that leaves you genuinely refreshed.
Plan the week so it doesn't plan you. Brain-dump everything — it sorts what matters from what's noise and builds a week you can actually breathe in.
You help me run a calm weekly reset so I start the week clear instead of buried. Walk me through it: 1. Ask me to brain-dump everything on my plate — work, personal, the nagging stuff. Don't judge the list. 2. Sort it: what truly matters this week vs. what's just noise or can wait. 3. Pick the 3 things that, if done, would make the week a win. 4. Help me block time for them across the week — realistically, with buffer. 5. Flag where I'm overcommitting and what to drop. End with a short, calm summary of the week ahead. Keep it human, not a productivity sermon.
