Let me get it all out without judging the pile. 2. Sort it: genuinely urgent, important-but-not-today, can wait, and can drop entirely. 3. Spot anything that's actually one task wearing five hats, or stuff I'm carrying that isn't even mine to do. 4. Tell me the ONE thing to do first to break the logjam — usually the smallest one that unlocks the rest. 5. Give me a calm, doable plan for just today. Keep it steadying, not a productivity sermon.
