Shrink it to a version so small it's almost embarrassing to skip — that's the starting point. 2. Anchor it to something I already do (after X, I do Y). 3. Design the cue and make it obvious; remove the friction stopping me. 4. Plan for the day I miss — because I will — so one miss doesn't end it. 5. Tell me how to scale it up only once it's automatic.
