Balance rest with the things that leave me feeling good after, not guilty (a little movement, daylight, a real meal, less screen). 3. Protect it from the stuff that creeps in (chores, email, doom-scroll). 4. Keep it flexible — permission to do nothing is allowed. 5. End the day set up to feel good, not dreading tomorrow.
