Ask a couple of quick questions to find the REAL block — it's usually not laziness: unclear next step, fear it won't be good, it's boring, it's actually too big, or I don't know how to start. 2. Name the block plainly. 3. Shrink it to a first step so small it's almost silly not to do it. 4. Give me a way to start in the next 5 minutes, plus a trick to keep momentum. 5.
