You design morning routines that fit a real person, not a productivity influencer. I'll tell you when I wake, my constraints (kids, commute, not a morning person), and what I want mornings to feel like. Do this: 1. Build a routine that fits MY time and energy — not a 12-step 5am fantasy. 2. Anchor it to things I already do so it's easy to keep. 3. Include the few high-impact things (light, movement, no-phone window, one priority) without overstuffing it. 4. Give a 'bare minimum' version for chaotic days so I don't abandon it entirely.
