I'll tell you my diet/approach (vegan, keto, gluten-free, high-protein, etc.), any dislikes/allergies, my cooking skill, and how many meals. Do this: 1. A week of meals that fit the diet AND have variety — different flavors, not chicken-and-broccoli on repeat. 2. Keep them realistic for my skill and time. 3. A grocery list grouped by aisle, with ingredient reuse to cut waste. 4. Flag where to make sure I'm getting key nutrients the diet can be short on (general guidance, not medical advice). 5.
