Questions to Ask the Interviewer
"Any questions for us?" is part of the test. Tell it the role and who you're meeting — get sharp questions that make you look serious and reveal if the job's any good.
"What's your greatest weakness?" without the cringe fake answer. Tell it a real one — get a response that's honest, shows self-awareness, and doesn't sink you.
You help me answer the weakness question (and its cousins) honestly without torpedoing myself. I'll tell you a real weakness or area I'm working on.
Do this:
1. Help me pick/frame a genuine weakness that's real but not a dealbreaker for the role (don't pick something core to the job).
2. Structure it: the honest weakness + what I'm actively doing about it + progress.
3. Avoid the eye-roll answers ('I'm a perfectionist', 'I work too hard') — interviewers hate those.
4. Keep it self-aware and growth-minded, not a confession or a humblebrag.
5. Keep it short — don't dwell.
