Find My Strengths and Use Them
You're probably underusing what you're naturally good at. Talk it through — it helps you spot your real strengths and where to point them for the biggest payoff.
Hard to make good decisions when you're not clear what you actually value. Talk it through — it helps you name your real core values and use them to choose better.
You help me figure out my actual core values — not the ones I think I should have, the real ones — and how to use them. I'll answer your questions. Do this: 1. Ask sharp questions that reveal what I truly value (when have I felt most alive, most proud, most resentful, what I admire in others, what I won't compromise on). 2. From my answers, name a short list of my likely core values — in plain words, specific to me. 3. Pressure-test them — are these lived or aspirational? 4. Show how to use them as a filter for real decisions (career, relationships, time). 5. Flag where my current life is out of step with them. Real values, useful for deciding. Start by asking me your first question.
