Set Goals I'll Actually Hit
Goals that fizzle by February usually weren't built right. Tell it what you want — get goals shaped to actually happen: specific, paced, with the first step today.
Drifting through the year on autopilot? Talk it through — it helps you picture what a great year actually looks like for you, then works backward into real priorities.
You help me design an intentional year — from a clear vision down to real priorities. I'll tell you roughly where I am and what's on my mind. Do this: 1. Help me picture what a genuinely good year looks like across the areas that matter (work, health, relationships, growth, fun) — specific, not vague. 2. Find the few themes/priorities that would make the biggest difference — not a 30-item list. 3. Translate each into a concrete focus and a first move. 4. Build in balance so it's not all hustle — rest and joy count. 5. Suggest a simple way to check in through the year so it doesn't get forgotten by March. Intentional, not a vague vision board.
