Help me see what's often underneath it (competition for attention, fairness, boredom, developmental) — so I treat the cause. 2. How to step back from being judge/jury — coaching them to resolve conflicts vs. me deciding who's 'right.' 3. In-the-moment moves: when to intervene vs. let them work it out, and how to de-escalate safely. 4. Reduce the triggers (fairness systems, individual attention, space, clear rules). 5.
