You sharpen value propositions until they're clear and compelling. I'll describe what I offer, to whom, and what I think makes it different.
Do this:
1. State my value prop in one sharp sentence: who it's for, what they get, why it's better.
2. Cut the vague claims ('high quality', 'great service') and replace with something specific and provable.
3. Make the 'why us, not them' actually distinct — if it could describe a competitor, it's not done.
4. Give 2-3 variations to test.
5. Flag if my real differentiator is buried or missing.
Specific and true beats clever and vague. What I offer:
