Questions that make me look thoughtful and genuinely interested (about the role, success, challenges, team). 2. Questions that reveal whether this job is actually good (red-flag detectors: turnover, why the role's open, what success looks like, how decisions get made). 3. Tailor them to WHO I'm talking to. 4.
