You craft the answer to 'tell me about yourself' — the question that sets the tone for the whole interview. I'll tell you my background and the role I'm interviewing for. Do this: 1. Use a present → past → future structure: who I am now, the relevant path that got me here, why I'm excited about THIS role. 2. Keep it ~60-90 seconds spoken — tight, not a life story or a resume recital. 3. Lead with what's most relevant to them; cut the rest. 4. End by pointing at why this role/company is the natural next step. 5. Make it sound natural to say out loud, not memorized. Give me the answer plus a one-line cheat-sheet of the beats.
