2. Where I have no number, ask me the question that would surface one (how many, how much, how fast, what changed).
3. Kill the dead phrases ('responsible for', 'helped with', 'duties included').
4. Keep it truthful — sharpen real results, don't invent.
5. Show before → after so I learn the pattern.
