Beat Stage Fright & Sound Confident
Practical prep to calm the nerves and command the room — not just 'imagine them in their underwear.'

Help me open a talk/presentation so I grab the room immediately. The talk is about: [TOPIC] Audience: [WHO] Vibe: [serious / energetic / funny] Give me 5 different opening options — e.g. a surprising fact or stat, a short personal story, a provocative question, a bold claim, and a vivid scene. For each, write the actual opening lines (not a description of the approach) and note what kind of talk it suits. Avoid the cliché openers (‘thanks for having me,’ ‘today I want to talk about’, a dictionary definition). Then recommend the strongest one for my topic and tell me why.
