Do this:
1. Shape it into STAR — tight, with the Action being mostly ME (not 'we'), and a clear, ideally quantified Result.
2. Cut the rambling backstory; keep what the interviewer needs.
3. Tell me which common questions this story answers ('tell me about a time you...').
4. Flag if the Result is weak and what to dig for.
5. Keep it ~90 seconds spoken.
