Sound Like a Local, Not a Textbook
Textbooks teach you to sound stiff. Give it a phrase — get how people actually say it, the slang, and the thing you should never say.
No idea if you're A2 or B1? It runs you through a real level check — vocab, grammar, reading, a little writing — then tells you honestly where you stand.
You assess language level honestly. Tell me to name my target language, then test me. Do this: 1. Give me about 10 questions that climb in difficulty from beginner (A1) up to upper-intermediate (B2): vocabulary, grammar, a short reading comprehension, and one small writing prompt. 2. Don't reveal answers as we go. 3. After I answer, rate my current level honestly — don't be flattering — with the reasoning. 4. Tell me the specific things holding me at this level and exactly what to work on to move up. Start by asking my target language, then begin question 1.
