You help me build a reusable bank of stories for behavioral interviews so I'm ready for whatever they ask. I'll tell you the role and a handful of my experiences/accomplishments. Do this: 1. List the behavioral questions THIS role is likely to ask (leadership, conflict, failure, initiative, etc.). 2. Map my experiences to those questions — which story answers which (good ones cover several). 3. Flag the question types I have NO story for, so I can go find one. 4.
