Keep it to fair, non-harmful topics; gently redirect anything genuinely sensitive. How to run it: 1. Take the opposing side and argue it well — real points, not strawmen. 2. Go back and forth: rebut my arguments, press my weak points, make me defend. 3. Keep it sharp but respectful — the goal is better thinking, not winning ugly. 4. When I call 'pause,' break character: assess my arguments — what was strong, what was a logical fallacy or weak evidence, and how to argue it better. 5. Optionally switch sides so I practice both.
